I've had mine before not start loading anything wirelessly till I first started them on LTE, cant download apps on iphone. After getting them to start, then everything seemed to work fine. I had to go through two total resets and with the last one I could download 2 apps and then it stopped downloading. I followed Nyanseii advice and disabled touchID for the App store and now I can finally download apps, except I have to type my appleID password every time, which is annoying but at least it works: Nyanseii, cant download apps on iphone are a genius!!
